Brooke Houston is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions practice.
She has driven the design, development, and growth of our digital software product portfolio and is the owner of our Signal product. Brooke is an advisor to our clients on strategy integration management and is enthusiastic about innovating Bain's products to best meet evolving client needs. In addition, she is a leader in the Chicago office community and recruiting team.
Prior to her current role, she led client-facing projects with a focus on due diligence and customer strategy.
Before joining us, Brooke spent five years at another consulting firm and earned an MBA at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
In her personal time, she is an avid skier, curious home baker, and proud parent of two energetic young daughters.
