Share your journey to Bain.

I learned about consulting while attending Georgetown and joining its student-run consulting group. I enjoyed both the work and the people, so I decided to pursue consulting post undergrad. I joined Bain as an associate consultant intern and decided to return full-time after graduation. 

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

The people at Bain are smart, hardworking, ambitious, and a joy to spend time and learn from. Through recruiting chats and since joining the firm, I’ve learned that it really is the people that make Bain great.

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

There aren’t many jobs that give you the amount of responsibility that Bain gives right out of undergrad. These opportunities allow me to learn and interact with senior business leaders abound, and you never know what’s going to come next.
