Share your journey to Bain.
I came into college excited by a wide range of opportunities and found myself taking classes in unrelated subjects and joining different student groups. One of those was a consulting club, where I was introduced to the industry and realized I could continue to get this range of exposure on a much larger scale. I applied to Bain my senior year and joined as an Associate Consultant in June 2025.
How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?
Short answer is I clicked with the people. In every conversation, I heard about how collaborative Bain is and how dedicated Bainees are to their work and to each other. That team-driven, impact-oriented environment was exactly what I was looking for in a place to start my career post-grad.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
Every year Bain hosts a global hackathon to test out new tools and ideas. This year's theme was 'vibe coding' and my 4-person case team decided to enter. We built out a workplanning automation bot that transformed a weekly manual task into something that could be completed in minutes. It was a great experience experimenting with new tools and thinking more critically about where we can integrate AI into our work. After sharing the concept with our partners, who were very supportive, we began incorporating vibe coding more formally into our workflows and are now actively showcasing demos to our clients.
