I studied computer science and economics for my bachelor's and master's degrees and joined Bain shortly after graduating. I was drawn to work that sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and real business impact, and Bain felt like the right place to apply my skills to this type of work early in my career.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
At Bain I work alongside C-suite leaders at some of the largest companies in the world. There are few roles that offer that level of access so early on. We focus on the most important questions facing their businesses, and it is exciting to tackle complex, high-stakes problems.
“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”
I have worked closely with the staffing team to find cases that align with my interests and long-term development goals. My managers and supervisors have been supportive and proactive about mentorship, which has made a big difference in my growth. Outside of casework, I have joined social, volunteer, and athletic groups across the office, which has helped me build strong relationships beyond just case teams and shape an experience that feels personal and balanced.
