Dave Nierenberg

Dave Nierenberg is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Dave specializes in growth strategy and M&A advisory services across the healthcare providers, services, pharmaceuticals, and medtech sectors.

He most recently served as a partner in the healthcare practice of another top consulting firm. While there, he focused on corporate growth and portfolio strategy and led more than 150 commercial diligence efforts. His client portfolio included the pharmaceuticals and pharmacy services, physician practice management, retail health, and health information technology spheres.

Dave also previously worked for a life sciences consultancy, where he supported biopharmaceutical and medical device clients on R&D strategy and product commercialization. 

Dave holds an MBA, with high honors, from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He also holds a Bachelor's in History and Science, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Harvard University.
