Diego Barillà

Diego Barillà is a member of Bain's Performance Improvement and Advanced Analytics practices.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Procurement as a consultant, industry practitioner and technology player.

Diego’s focus is on modernizing and improving the way companies manage their third party spend. He drives large Operating Model transformations with a strong emphasis on Digitization and Automation. He has cross-industry experience, having transformed Procurement and Product Development in the Automotive and Industrial sector, but also in Financial Services, Telecoms, Pharma and Consumer Products.

Prior to joining Bain, Diego built an AI-driven sourcing automation solution, and worked at General Motors as a commodity manager and at another global consulting firm as a consultant and partner.
