Since joining Bain as an associate consultant in 1999, Diego has served clients across a range of industries, including airlines, financial services, telecommunications and consumer goods. He has focused primarily on performance improvement, growth strategy, turnarounds, private equity and organization. In addition, he advises clients in the areas of customer experience and loyalty, as well as the Net Promoter SystemSM.
Diego has worked with clients throughout Central America, the Caribbean, South America and the United States. His insights have been featured in publications including Forbes Mexico as well as CNN Expansión.
He is currently the vice president of human resources as well as the vice president of recruiting for Bain Mexico City. In addition, he is a former recipient of Bain's Bright-Dix award for excellence in professional development.
Diego earned his MBA from The Darden Business School. He graduated with highest honors from The Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in industrial & systems engineering.
