Filippo Brigatti

Filippo Brigatti is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Performance Improvement practices.

He has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sector, having supported leading global OEMs and defense contractors on large-scale transformation programs. His work focuses on engineering excellence, sustainability strategy, strategic workforce planning, and operating model redesign—often across organizations with over 10,000 employees and international operations.

Filippo holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering, both with honors, from Politecnico di Milano, and an MBA from SDA Bocconi with a focus on finance and private equity.

Outside of work, he is a passionate bass guitarist and enjoys restoring vintage motorcycles and fly fishing. He is married and has one child.
