Geoffrey Leung

Geoffrey is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Financial Services practices. His work focuses on enterprise and technology strategy, large-scale technology modernization and technology operating model design.

He works with clients across North America in the financial services, retail and financial investor sectors, advising leadership teams on how to align technology agendas with business priorities, modernize legacy environments and build scalable, future-ready operating models and ways of working. His experience also includes due diligence and value-creation planning for financial investors.

Beyond client work, Geoffrey is active within Asians at Bain and leads social impact efforts in the Toronto office, collaborating with colleagues and community partners to extend the firm’s impact beyond client work.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, cycling, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
