Jordi is a member of our Private Equity practice.
He advises investors on diligences and post-acquisition value creation across sectors, with a particular focus on software, IT services, and consumer goods assets. Over the past 10 years, he has supported clients across multiple continents, most recently in Japan and the broader Asia-Pacific region, serving large multinational funds.
Jordi began his career in Milan at an international consulting firm, focusing on financial services, and later worked as an investment banker in the fintech division of Evercore in New York.
He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he received the Head Prize in 2018. He also earned a Master of Science in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Science in economics from Bocconi University. In his personal time, Jordi shares a passion for food and travel with his wife and daughter and is an avid reader with a strong interest in history.
