Kande Kazadi is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
He specializes in brand growth strategy, portfolio management, operating model transformations and M&A. He has led multiple transformation programs, as well as post-merger integration programs for large CP companies across Europe, Asia-Pacific and Africa.
Prior to joining us in 2014, Kande obtained a Ph.D. in applied economics. His research focused on firms’ resources and capabilities required to accelerate their innovation process using external partnerships.
In his free time, Kande serves as a board member or advisor for multiple educational non-profits and universities.
Kande is married and the proud parent of a young daughter.
He is fluent in Dutch and English.
