Kenzie Haygood

Kenzie Haygood is a member of our Technology and Private Equity practices, primarily focused on post-acquisition work.

She has spent time with a wide range of technology companies, particularly smaller software businesses looking to accelerate growth. Her work primarily focuses on go-to-market strategy, customer success, and product launches. Her case portfolio includes significant experience with due diligence for corporate and private equity funds.

Beyond her client work, Kenzie is a leader in our San Francisco Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts who focuses on welcoming and celebrating our transgender and gender non-conforming communities. She was also honored with the office's annual Polaris Award for mentorship and development.

Prior to joining Bain, Kenzie was a leader at two other consulting firms where she focused on revenue capture and redesigning the future of products.

Kenzie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

In her personal time, Kenzie is an avid mountain biker and is a long-time dog foster volunteer.
