Krishna Somayajula

Krishna Somayajula is a member of our Financial Services, and Private Equity practices.

Krishna has nearly a decade of management consulting experience. His work spans across commercial diligence, value creation, and strategy & transformation topics across a number of Financial Services sub-sectors. Krishna has particularly deep expertise in insurance across the value chain for both personal and commercial lines, as well as capital markets. Krishna is also actively involved in the firm's social impact work.

Outside of client work, Krishna heavily supports the firm's recruiting efforts, and is a leadership team member of the Asians at Bain (AAB) community.

Krishna holds bachelor degrees in Industrial Engineering, and Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Krishna deeply values civic engagement and serves on the associate board for an education non-profit in his personal time, and is very active in Chicago's art and culture landscape.
