Lorenzo Battistella is a member of the firm’s Technology & Cloud Services and Enterprise Technology practices, with more than 13 years of consulting experience at Bain.
Lorenzo primarily advises clients on technology strategy and transformation, B2B full potential, commercial excellence and cost & operating model transformation. He has extensive experience in the software, IT services and telecommunication space. In recent years, he has also led numerous commercial due diligence and portfolio companies value creation programs for primary private equity firms.
Prior to joining Bain, Lorenzo worked for a top Italian growth capital fund focused on high growth Tech SMEs. Additionally, he held a Board of Directors position to support portfolio companies value creation.
He holds a master’s degree in electronic engineering from Politecnico Torino and EPFL Lausanne and has performed a period of research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
