Marta De Battisti

Marta de Battisti is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, with a focus on the construction, real estate, and building products sectors.

She has supported major industrial groups and worked extensively with global construction and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) players. Her case experience spans business strategy, industrial planning, operating model redesign, performance improvement, and diligence for corporate and private equity clients.

Marta is also a leader for our Italy Women in AMS initiative and actively promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion across the firm.

Prior to joining Bain, Marta was General Manager and Group CFO at an international construction company. She holds a degree in industrial engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
