Matt is a member of our Private Equity and Financial Services practices.
Matt is an experienced technology and transformation leader across Africa, Europe, US, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. He has deep financial services and digital experience in payments, fintech and banking, with a proven record in agile, digital, data, cloud, and transformation programmes. He also has extensive experience in M&A transactions, technology due diligences and a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange.
Before joining us in September 2024, Matt spent three years as a senior advisor to private equity clients, leading technical diligence, technical value creation, programme leadership and strategic consulting engagements. Other former roles include Group CIO of Network International where he led the enterprise technology transformation, CIO for Barclays Business Solutions, including acquiring, corporate payments, digital marketplaces, consumer finance and wearable technology and CIO for Barclays Retail, Business Banking & Payments in Africa.
He has a first class honours degree in physics & electronic systems from Brunel University.
