Michael Hoening

Dr. Michael Höning is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has worked with leading firms in the automotive, aerospace & defense and metals industries. His work primarily surrounds business unit strategy and transformation, driving results for our clients from ideation to realized impact to the bottom line.

Beyond his client work, he is a member of our Consultant Professional Development Committee, a regular trainer for future Managers at Bain and the captain of his class in Düsseldorf.

Before joining Bain, Michael earned his PhD in theoretical physics from Technical University of Kaiserslautern. He lives in Düsseldorf with his wife and daughter.
