Ryan McHaffie is a member of our Private Equity and Financial Investors practice as well as our Strategy and Technology & Cloud Services practices.
Since joining us, Ryan has primarily worked with private equity and technology clients. In our Private Equity group, he advises our clients in commercial due diligence and portfolio company strategy, with a particular focus on software and data center businesses. He also advises clients on topics related to commercial excellence.
Prior to joining us, Ryan worked at leading long-term asset management companies where he was primarily responsible for product distribution.
Ryan holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Philosophy from Boston College.
Outside of work, Ryan is a dad to three young sons as well as an avid Formula 1 fan and skier.
