Valerio Di Filippo is the leader of the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). He is also a member of our EMEA Consumer Products practice with previous experience in the consumer goods industry.
He has more than 15 years of management consulting experience working with shareholders, senior executives and private equity funds to address their most pressing strategic issues, from strategy to organizational change.
Valerio advises clients across a wide range of geographies. He specializes in strategic planning, R&D strategy, organization, operating model, go-to-market strategy, business development and M&A.
In addition to pharmaceuticals, Valerio has experience across the full pharma value chain (API, packaging, CMO), as well as private hospitals and medtech.
Valerio earned a degree in business administration at the La Sapienza University in Rome.
