Yongsuk Cho is a member of our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisition practices.
He has more than 10 years of consulting experience across APAC, supporting leading financial investors, including buyout and infrastructure funds. His work spans store-based food and beverage, retail, infrastructure, and industrial goods and services.
Yongsuk specializes in commercial due diligence, value creation planning, exit strategy, and fund strategy for private equity clients.
He holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and is fluent in Korean and English.
