Alex Harris is a member of our Technology, Media, and Telecom practice and B2B Commercial Excellence practice, with specific expertise across go-to-market design, pricing, and corporate due diligence.
Alex has worked across a range of industries, with particular depth in software and tech services. He has advised clients on post-acquistion value creation, salesforce deployment, compensation, customer retention, strategy, and operating model.
Alex joined Bain in 2013. He has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in applied math - economics from Brown, and he previously led Bain's undergraduate recruiting at Brown.
