Carlos Martinez is a partner in our Consumer Products and Organization practices, based in Mexico City. He is also affiliated with our Airlines & Transportation, Retail, Agile, Performance Improvement and Transformation practices.
Carlos specializes in Digital engagements across the consumer products sphere. His recent client work has involved Bain Accelerated Transformation (BAT), business unit strategy and brand strategy initiatives for various consumer products companies.
Historically, he has led a reorganization effort for a utility company of more than 130,000 employees, implemented a turnaround performance improvement program (duplicating profitability) for a large consumer goods company and led a multi-billion-dollar cost improvement program for a major US airline.
Carlos holds an MBA from the Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
