Christian Azoury

Christian Azoury is a member of our Public Sector practice, with a focus on cities and urban development, and public finance.

He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising central and local governments on improving quality of life for their citizens. His work includes leading multi-year programs across economic, urban, and social development, as well as fiscal sustainability. Many of these initiatives have spanned the full program lifecycle—from vision and strategy to transformation and implementation support.

Before joining us, Christian worked at two other management consulting firms. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the American University of Beirut.
