Enzo Arena is a member of our Retail practice.
He has more than 20 years of combined consulting experience with us across the US, EMEA, and APAC, and corporate executive roles in retail and gaming.
Enzo primarily advises retail clients across the convenience and drug retail sectors, and lottery clients within the gaming sector. He is an expert on category management, merchandising, COGS reduction, vendor negotiations and performance improvement. Enzo has additionally led work for various international lottery and technology operators focusing on growth strategies through game innovation, portfolio and distribution optimization.
Prior to Bain, Enzo served as General Manager for the Consumables and General Merchandize business units at CVS Health, and VP of Sales Growth at International Gaming Technology (IGT).
He holds an MBA from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Bocconi University in Italy.
