Erika Kain is a member of our Organization and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.
With over 10 years of experience at Bain, Erika helps clients drive large-scale operating model and broader business transformations. Her work encompasses organizational design and restructuring, process redesign, governance, talent, and culture.
In addition to her client work, Erika leads our Darden School of Business recruiting efforts and co-leads our DE&I efforts.
Erika holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, where she received the Shermet Award. She also holds a master's degree in education innovation and reform and an undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. Erika lives in Richmond with her husband and two children and is an avid runner
