Jamie is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠. He works closely with Bain’s priority clients globally to create bespoke client capability building experiences, spanning L&D strategy and program design to content creation and delivery.
After 10+ years at Bain leading project teams through various engagements in the financial services, consumer product, and retail sectors, Jamie has accumulated a wealth of consulting experience, with a focus on growth strategy, agile transformation, innovation, and customer experience.
Beyond consulting, Jamie spent 2 years in Bain London's talent organisation, driving talent strategy alongside our UK CEO and CTO.
Since joining Bain in 2008, Jamie has worked in the firm's London, Toronto, Chicago and San Francisco offices. He has also worked with the Bridgespan Group in San Francisco.
He is a Certified MBTI Instructor, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner, Certified LEGO®️ SERIOUS PLAY®️ facilitator and Certified SAFe®️ Agilist.
Jamie holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an HBA from Western University's Richard Ivey School of Business. He is conversational in German.
When not at work, you'll find Jamie running, skiing, playing ice hockey, football, or golf. He enjoys getting outdoors and traveling, ideally when he can combine the two.
