Jillian Curtis is a member of our Energy and Sustainability practices.
She brings over 10 years of experience across the energy sector, with a focus on chemicals and oil and gas. She helps clients drive end-to-end business transformations, addressing key topics across corporate and business unit strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operating model design, and performance improvement.
Additionally, she has extensive experience in sustainability, particularly incorporating sustainability within the broader firm's strategy. Her work includes building business cases for sustainable product lines, enabling cross–value chain collaboration, and developing commercialization strategies for new sustainable products.
Beyond case work, she is involved in planning office affiliation activities to drive firm connectedness. She is also an active member of the office's green team for environmental sustainability and Women@Bain.
Jillian holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, an MSF from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BBA from Stetson University.
