Johannes Gussmann

Dr. Johannes Gussmann is a Partner in our Berlin office and a member of the Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

Johannes advises leading automotive and industrial companies on strategic transformations and organizational effectiveness. His work focuses on accelerating product development, ensuring the effective execution of strategic decisions, and strengthening the long-term competitiveness of complex, often multi-brand organizations.

He works closely with boards and executive teams to lead large-scale transformation programs and align organizational structures, governance, and accountability with business objectives. His experience includes redesigning global R&D organizations, optimizing development budgets, and delivering measurable performance improvements across multiple business units.

Johannes studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim and holds a doctorate from the University of Göttingen.
