Mahadevan Seetharaman is an expert in the firm’s Strategy and Performance Improvement practices.

Throughout his tenure at Bain, Mahadevan has advised clients across a wide range of industries on topics including strategy, organization and performance improvement. His capability specializations include strategy-led and sustained cost transformation, corporate and business unit strategy, merger integration, operating model and organization design.

He also holds extensive private equity experience, having conducted numerous due diligence and sector screening and review initiatives.

Mahadevan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad.
