Mahadevan Seetharaman leads our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice in India. He is also an expert in the firm's Strategy, Performance Improvement and AI, Insights & Solutions practices. 

With close to 15 years of experience, Mahadevan has advised clients across a wide range of industries on strategy, organization, performance improvement, with a focus on leading full potential transformation and helping organizations unlock value through AI-enabled business transformation. His capability specializations include strategy-led and sustained cost transformation, corporate and business unit strategy, merger integration, operating model and organization design.

He also holds extensive private equity experience, having conducted numerous due diligence, sector screening, and commercial review initiatives.

Mahadevan holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
