Marco has more than 10 years of consulting experience across Europe, working with senior executives and management teams for both local and international clients.He holds expertise in topics related to route-to-market strategy and redesign, commercial acceleration, and commercial due diligences.
Marco's key case work includes the international market expansion for a leading Telco player, with a focus on mobile and the post-merger integration for a leading Agritech player, with a focus on new commercial initiatives and sales re-organization. In recent years, he has also led multiple industrial acquisitions for corporate clients and leading private equity funds.
Prior to joining Bain in 2022, he previously worked at two other strategic consulting firms supporting many national and international private equity houses in their investment strategy.
Marco holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milan.
In his personal time, he is an active investor in the fintech and startup spaces. Marco dedicates time to his family (including a newborn daughter) and spends weekends mentoring young talents with great potential.
