Masahiro Kubo

Masahiro Kubo is a principal in Bain & Company's Tokyo office. He is an expert in Bain’s Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.

He has more than 15 years of consulting experience across a range of industries, including real estate, general contractors, merchandising, energy, travel and consumer goods.

Masahiro has extensive experience in advising clients on topics such as customer loyalty strategy, growth strategy and PMI, as well as governance and decision-making process improvement.

Prior to joining Bain, he worked for Arabian Oil Company.

Masahiro earned his master’s of science and engineering degree from Waseda University.
