Rebecca Stephens-Wells

Rebecca Stephens-Wells is a partner in our Financial Services and Customer practices, based in Toronto.

She has a particular focus on insurance and wealth management and is an expert in customer experience and growth strategy, operating model redesign, and large-scale transformation and change programs. Her work also includes corporate and business unit strategy, performance improvement, due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation.

In addition to her client work, Rebecca serves as a Womxn at Bain champion for the Toronto office.

Prior to joining us, she was a pricing manager for Bell Mobility.

Rebecca earned her MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Through a double degree program, she also earned a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
