Riley Gudgeon

Riley is a member of our Private Equity practice.

He has extensive due diligence experience across a wide range of industries, with a primary focus in industrials, packaging, and business services.

Beyond his client work, Riley helps lead the Culture & Connectivity team and is active in consultant recruiting.

Prior to joining Bain, Riley worked as a geologist in the oil and gas industry. He holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BSc in geological sciences from Queen's University.
