Roger Zhu

Roger Zhu is a member of our Financial Services and Advanced Analytics practices. He has over 10 years of consulting experience, primarily focused in North America.

Roger has led many client engagements on GenAI strategy, use case prioritization and financial value realization, as well as developing custom applications with Bain’s data science and engineering teams. Within our Financial Services practice, Rojer covers a range of topics, including enterprise strategy, international expansion and M&A. Additionally, he advises private equity and corporate clients on asset due diligences, with a focus on GenAI, fintech and payments. 

Outside of his client work, Roger is the Americas GenAI Champion, leading upskilling and adoption across the firm. He also leads the Asians at Bain (AAB) affinity group in Boston. 

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) from Dartmouth College.
