With over 10 years of consulting experience, Srishti advises leading multinational companies and Indian conglomerates on complex commercial and strategic challenges. Her work spans growth strategy, agile transformation, customer experience transformation, marketing excellence, and revenue growth management. She has experience across a broad range of consumer-facing sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), food and beverages, consumer durables, consumer technology, quick-service restaurants, and apparel and lifestyle retail.

Srishti holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor's degree in commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
