With more than 15 years of management consulting experience, Stefano has led more than 200 engagements with major local, global and multinational fashion and luxury players. His case work centers on corporate strategy definition, merchandising and assortment strategy, performance improvement, omnichannel transformation, supply chain re-invention, and M&A.
His case work has also involved B2C and B2B salesforce effectiveness, product line profitability, business process redesign, organization review, demand planning, and product allocation.
Stefano also frequently advises private equity funds on due diligence, investment analysis, IPOs management.
He previously worked for another top consulting firm.
Stefano holds a master's degree, summa cum laude, in computer science engineering from Università di Pisa.
