WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Product, Practice & Knowledge (PPK) group in our AI, Insights, and Solutions (AIS) practice. Within AIS, the Strategy & Operations team functions as the general management office for the business—working closely with AIS leadership to shape growth strategy, ensure operational excellence, and drive commercial performance.

You’ll collaborate with regional affiliates, industry experts, and product leaders to provide data and insights that enable Practice Leadership to shape and scale impact across Bain’s client base.

WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM
As an Operations Senior Analyst, you’ll be a critical member of the Global Strategy & Operations team within the AIS Practice. You’ll support strategic planning and operational responsibilities, engaging closely with senior practice leaders. From budgeting to reporting to commercial pipeline tracking, you’ll help build and streamline scalable systems that support decision-making and enable growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead business performance reporting and support the global planning and budgeting process

• Design and execute scalable reporting models using advanced analytics and AI tools

• Analyze AI and analytics market trends to support publications and strategic direction

• Prepare executive-level materials for leadership meetings and client discussions

• Track affiliate contributions and support performance and staffing decisions

• Coordinate and develop operations content for practice meetings and calls

• Support commercial pipeline and priority client tracking, and prepare related materials

• Deliver select ad hoc analytics and contribute to special projects

• Collaborate effectively across practices to ensure smooth coordination and execution

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Advanced analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms; eagerness to learn more

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

• Discreet with confidential information and thoughtful in your use of technology

• Positive, energetic, and service-oriented attitude

• Proficient in analytical tools and platforms (e.g., Alteryx, AI/GBTs, Python, Tableau), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
