        WHAT YOU’LL DO 

        • You will support the planning and coordination of local and international training programs
        • You will ensure training sessions run smoothly by managing schedules, preparing materials, and maintaining clear communication with trainers and internal stakeholders
        • You will take ownership of participant administration, processing registrations and queries, and keeping participant data up to date in HR systems
        • You will support the evaluation and analysis of training feedback and related reporting tasks
        • You will actively contribute to internal training projects, helping to drive them forward
        • You will suggest ideas to continuously improve internal processes
        • You will handle general administrative tasks, keeping day-to-day operations running efficiently

         

        ABOUT YOU

        • You are studying Business Administration with a focus on HR, Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, or a comparable field 
        • You enjoy working precisely in a dynamic and international environment 
        • You are flexible, well-organized, and possess strong communication skills 
        • You think ahead and approach tasks in a structured way 
        • You have a good understanding of databases and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
        • You have strong Excel skills and feel confident working with data and evaluations
        • You have fluent German skills, both written and spoken, as well as very good English skills 
        • Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in an HR context 
        • You are available for 20 hours per week, and more during semester breaks
        • A minimum contract duration of 1 year is desirable
