Bain is a rapidly expanding global enterprise and our team helps direct and enable that growth. We’re divided into global, regional, and local teams, in functions like financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, order management and revenue, procurement, contract negotiation, accounts payable, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and lots else. Part of the job is supporting the basic business functions, but a lot of it is about assisting leadership in setting and validating firm strategy.
We have a strong customer service mindset and know that the people who excel on these various teams are dependable, would never let another teammate fail, and who know their functional area so intuitively that they can use it to help others solve problems and reveal hidden options.
