This team manages the buildings and operations that keep people here warm, happy, moving, and thinking. We create the architecture within which all others work, and make it fun. If you enjoy people, love to plan, and thrive in ambiguity, this is a great place to begin or accelerate your career.
Help manage one of dozens of offices around the globe, including events, offsites, catering, renovation, decoration, and the general vibe.
We directly work with leaders to help them budget, refine our operating model, design teams and workflows, and build budgets.
Plan travel, but also travel policies, and adapt as things change. (Which, as we all know from the last several years, can be challenging and exciting.)
Whether you’re working with human resources, global real estate, travel, or events, there’s a big analytical and financial component.
Here, everyone has each others’ backs. You can draw upon the global group to trade practices, insights, and ideas.
We look for intuitive organizers who love to help others
This is a global collection of teams where each office and function staffs the specific roles it needs, and there’s a great deal of variety. If you’re at a senior level, you’ll work on company strategy—designing operating models, supporting leaders, running executive calls, and setting priorities. At other levels, you may plan, budget, and manage the operational aspects of running a global business, from real estate to travel, catering, visitors, events, and the all-important office mood.
In these roles, you’ll get to bring your full self to work. You’ll own the calendar, plan the events, create the gatherings, and have wide latitude to create and manage projects as you see fit.
