Ali Rekik is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice with a particular focus on aerospace & defense and industrial goods.
He has over 20 years of experience driving large-scale transformations across complex, long-cycle product industries. Ali primarily advises clients in aerospace and defense, including aircraft, engines, missiles, aerostructures, and advanced equipment. He has led programs spanning corporate and product strategy, program management, product development and cost optimization, as well as engineering and supply chain efficiency. His work often incorporates digital, artificial intelligence, and data-driven approaches to enhance operations. He also brings deep expertise in joint improvement initiatives and partnership models across the value chain.
Prior to joining Bain, Ali held leadership roles at a leading global consultancy and a specialized consulting firm, including serving as a managing director and partner. He holds degrees from École Polytechnique and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.
