I knew Bain was the right company for me because of its people and the opportunities it offers to drive your own career. It’s an environment where you’re constantly learning, collaborating on challenging problems, and pushing yourself to do your best work.
Since I joined Bain, I’ve seen firsthand how much the people here care about each other’s success. Whether it was a supervisor taking the time to mentor me or the camaraderie within my teams, it became clear that Bain creates an environment where everyone can succeed together.

“Building My Own Bain” has been about leveraging the firm’s flexibility and opportunities to shape a career that’s dynamic and fulfilling. One of the most impactful experiences was Bain’s sponsorship of my MBA at London Business School. This gave me the chance to deepen my understanding of global business, explore industries in greater depth, take advantage of opportunities to travel and connect with a diverse group of people.
While at Bain, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a variety of industries and geographies. I’ve also been encouraged to pursue areas I’m particularly passionate about, such as pro bono work. These opportunities have not only helped me grow professionally but have also made my career at Bain feel uniquely tailored to my interests and goals.
Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.
One of my favorite projects at Bain was a pro bono engagement supporting a charity focused on conserving the Great Barrier Reef. Our team worked closely with the organization to refine its vision, explore new funding models, and develop a clear roadmap to maximize its impact. It was a unique opportunity to work on a really important cause that I’m passionate about.
