How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

As a first-gen college student, I wanted to feel like I belonged wherever I worked, and Bain’s affinity groups made that real. I also wanted a place that invests in growth, and programs like Externships let you step out, learn elsewhere, and bring it back.

“Build Your Own Bain” means creating a thriving career on your own terms. How have you been able to “Build Your Own Bain?”

I strongly value carving out space for my passions outside of work. Bain has been great about respecting protected time, allowing me to balance the occasional weekday rehearsal / performance in addition to regular weekend band practices.

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

The Bain 2024 Healthcare Private Equity Report. It let me look beyond a single diligence and towards the wider context shaping the sector. I worked with an incredibly competent team with a deep and infectious passion for healthcare, and we got to share the work publicly, which is rare in consulting.
