I started off in tech in my junior internship as a PM before recruiting for Bain as a full-time hire my senior year. Going from big tech to Bain was definitely a switch, but I'm confident it was one of the best decisions of my life.

The people and culture have made Bain a great company for me. From the moment I started here, I've always been surrounded with great vibes and energy, and that feel is something no other company can match.
Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?
Absolutely, I get the chance to work on huge deals in the private equity group. I find it so interesting to learn so much about the most random things that you had no idea existed, and I love that you never stop learning here.
