Share your journey to Bain.

After completing my master's degree, I knew consulting was the right path for me due to its dynamic pace and the exciting opportunity to tackle challenging problems while innovating for clients. I began my career working with smaller companies in the industrial and consumer products sectors before joining leading technology giants like Uber and Amazon. Exploring these diverse environments reinforced my passion for engaging with different industries, functions, and capabilities, making Bain a natural and exciting next step that offered a unique opportunity. Since 2022, I've been a proud member of Bain’s Dubai office, collaborating with both public and private sector clients across various industries throughout the Middle East.

How did you know that Bain was the right company for you?

Throughout my studies at LBS, I frequently engaged with sponsored MBA students from Bain and attended several Bain presentations. These interactions made it abundantly clear that Bain’s collaborative and supportive culture truly differentiates it from other firms. Beyond the incredible scale and scope of projects, Bain consistently addresses complex challenges for leading global clients. 

Do you feel like you can do impactful work at Bain? What opportunities excite you?

The work we do for our clients at Bain has global impact and touches on the most pressing challenges executives are facing today. The main opportunities that excite me at the moment is the Energy transition, a focus on sustainability, and solving for pressing socioeconomic challenges on a country and even regional level. Additionally, Bain sits at the forefront of innovation when it comes to GenAI technologies, by building and innovating products so it is impressive to see how quickly Bain identifies the next frontier in technology in order to build expertise and capabilities, to better support our clients.

Bain gives you the opportunity to join the company as a generalist and find your path - both in terms of sector engagement and capabilities. Over the last couple of years I have worked in the public sector with ministries on their international and local strategy, as well as private sector clients within telecom, semiconductors, aviation, oil & gas, and mining. Bain's commitment to providing exposure to diverse industries and thought leaders has enabled me to carve out a truly unique and rewarding career trajectory. 

Share some of your favorite work (personal or professional) you’ve done while at Bain.

Supported the launch of a full legacy airline, evaluated the potential for a semiconductor fabrication facility in the form of a JV, establishing a transaction Center of Excellence for a large NOC, engaging on a supply chain transformation project for a mining company that aims to significantly increase their capital deployment in the next couple of years.
