Ellyn Gray

Ellyn Gray is a member of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, with a focus on Utilities & Renewables.

She advises organizations on a spectrum of topics, ranging from strategy and transformation to operational improvement and organizational change. Ellyn is passionate about supporting energy leaders at the intersection of the clean energy transition and rising global power demand—one of the most defining challenges of our time.

Beyond her client work, she supports advanced degree recruiting and fosters connectivity within the San Francisco office.

Ellyn holds a Ph.D. in environmental science, policy, and management and a B.S. in atmospheric science. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler and scuba diver with a deep fascination for the world’s natural phenomena—especially fog.
