Jan-Niklas Bartel

Dr. Jan-Niklas Bartel is a member of our Insurance practice, specializing in the German health insurance and healthcare system.

Since joining Bain in 2014, Jan-Niklas has primarily advised health and P&C insurers on a wide range of issues, including comprehensive transformations, scaling artificial intelligence, developing new business areas, and efficiency enhancement programs.

Jan-Niklas studied business administration at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and earned his doctorate in corporate management at the Technical University of Munich. He is passionate about music, plays the drums, and is a leader in the Munich Bain Band.
