Jon Wilson is a member of our Financial Services practice. He works with global banking clients to drive successful outcomes on policy digitization and Client Lifecycle Management programs.
Prior to joining Bain, Jon was co-founder of the boutique financial services consulting firm JJC Fintech, where, as Head of Solutions, he led the development of a digital platform to harmonize global standards and drive efficiency.
He previously spent over 12 years at Goldman Sachs, serving as Global Head of Regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) Change. There, he led client implementations for major regulatory initiatives, including Dodd‑Frank, EMIR, MiFID II, and Margin Rules, and established the firm’s KYC rolling review program. Earlier in his career, Jon held roles at the Financial Conduct Authority and as an Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer.
