Kerry Marshall is a member of our Retail and Customer Strategy and Marketing practices, with over 15 years of experience at Bain helping clients achieve greater growth, customer advocacy, and profitability.

She brings expertise in setting strategies, defining a company's differentiated customer value proposition, and establishing go-to-market strategies across multiple retail verticals - grocery, mass, specialty retail, and restaurants.

Kerry plays a leadership role in the Chicago Office, leading efforts around inclusion and energy - a critical pillar of our Chicago office strategy.

Kerry holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. She lives in Chicago with her husband and three children.
